The Tourism Industry Association of Ontario’s (TIAO) Tourism Workforce Sustainability Program (TWSP) was funded by the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development and ran from 2023 - 2024. The program provided support to industry employers by providing them with resources to better attract and retain workers, including an available wage top up to the Ontario Living Wage, and access to free training through the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC). Tourism Mentor Match was also launched under TWSP- a unique mentorship program that offers new tourism employees the opportunity to receive guidance from industry professionals who share more than career aspirations.

Leni managed and executed the project alongside a project coordinator, setting up program processes, communications, resources, and frequently speaking at industry events to generate awareness of and support for the project.
